What are your hours of operation?
24/7 parking service with customer service operating Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 p.m. For after-hour emergencies please call 343-204-1468.
Are the parking lots opened on statutory holidays?
Our parking lots are open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Pay stations and online subscriptions are available 24/7.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Debit and credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) payments. We do not currently accept AMEX or cash payments.
How do I reserve for Monthly Parking?

Sign up using your email by heading to New Rates / Sign Up.

Log in after signing up.

Select the desired parking lot.

Select monthly (parkade) package.

Agree to terms and conditions.

Enter personal information.

Select Register Credit Card and enter your credit card information.

After paying you will receive a text with your access barcode to the parkade.

Can I leave my vehicle for a period extending a month?
Yes you can, and you can head to JPark’s New Rates / Sign Up to reserve for monthly parking.
